1. Activity focus and purpose:
To enhance the English proficiency and research culture among students from the two departments of the College of Dental Medicine, the College’s EMI Office co-hosted the 17th Research Day series of events together with the College of Dental Medicine. The student competitions included oral and e-poster presentations of research papers, as well as an intern learning portfolio competition. 2. Activity features and implementation:
The student competition activities included oral presentations and e-poster displays of research papers, as well as an intern learning portfolio competition. The competitions were diverse and conducted entirely in English, aiming to enhance students' academic presentation and communication skills while providing opportunities for interaction and discussion with judges, faculty, and peers to promote academic exchange. |
