1. Activity Focus and Purpose: To promote collaboration in overseas internship programs and curriculum exchange, the College of Dental Medicine invited Ms. Mie Kato Choe, representative of the Hawaii Academy of Dental Medicine (HADM), to engage in academic discussions at our institution. The purpose of this exchange is to explore potential partnerships for future international internship placements and course development. This initiative aims to support the planning of our all-English curriculum by identifying suitable global internship sites. In doing so, it not only strengthens the implementation of English-medium instruction (EMI), but also broadens the academic and career opportunities available to students in the Department of Oral Hygiene. 2.
