Target

Faculty members and first-year students of the College of Dental Medicine.

1.     Activity Focus and Purpose:

To enhance students' English proficiency and professional knowledge, the School has integrated 3D printing technology into two courses: "Dental Morphology" and "Oral Anatomy." Through the use of 3D-printed models, students can gain a more intuitive understanding of dental and anatomical structures. Furthermore, by engaging in fully English-mediated interactive teaching, students simulate clinical procedures, enabling them to understand the practical application of language in real-life scenarios. This approach helps students master professional English terminology related to teeth, oral structures, and craniofacial anatomy while improving their clinical professional skills.

2.     Activity Content: Application of 3D Printing Technology

This activity integrates 3D printing technology into the courses "Dental Morphology" and "Oral Anatomy" with the aim of enhancing students' English proficiency and professional knowledge. Through the visualization provided by 3D models, students can intuitively understand the structure of teeth and oral anatomy. Additionally, by participating in interactive teaching sessions conducted entirely in English, students simulate clinical procedures, familiarize themselves with professional terminology and practical applications, and further improve their clinical skills and bilingual competence.
