1.      Activity focus and purpose:

The “Enhancement of English Course Materials and Editing Assignments for Oral Medicine (EN) Courses” organized by the College of Dental Medicine aims to strengthen faculty members’ EMI teaching capabilities and overall course quality. Using the Dental Hygiene:Theory and Practice textbook and instructor-developed materials as the foundation, the event invites foreign instructors to participate in reviewing course content and refining the language. In-depth discussions focus on optimizing material structure, sentence clarity, and clinical terminology. This initiative supports faculty in improving their EMI teaching techniques and English-instruction proficiency, further advancing the professionalism and internationalization of the curriculum.

The theme of this session is “Course Structure and Instructional Material Design.” Faculty members and foreign instructors jointly participated in an in-depth review and refinement of the course materials, language usage, and course structure.
