1. Activity focus and purpose : To encourage faculty members within the institution to promote EMI (English as a Medium of Instruction) teaching activities and enhance bilingual learning outcomes for students, we will host a Cross-Cultural Cuisine Salon EMI teaching event. During this event, teachers and students will discuss culinary techniques in English and personally prepare international dishes. This initiative aims to foster collaborative teaching and learning among faculty and students, as well as cultivate cultural appreciation skills. 2. Activity features and implementation : Through full English communication, teachers and students can experience the EMI teaching model firsthand and improve their English proficiency. 3. Quality indicators of activities - The content of the speech is really practical and easy to understand. -The event was organized with great care.
