1.     Thematic dialogues led by foreign teachers, improving on teacher's EMI skills.

2.     Create an English immersion environment, practicing correctly pronunciation and intonation.

3.     Teachers need to participate in teaching activities, such as trail lecture. Foreign teacher and peer provide perceptions and feedback.
