1. Activity focus and purpose : EMI is the national policy for schools of any level in Taiwan. However, most of our teachers do not have the opportunity to practicing EMI lecturing skill and getting feedbacks from EMI mentors or students to ensure own performance in their real EMI course. This activity aims to provide teacher opportunities of practicing online EMI lecturing. Simulated students will attend the online practice to allow teacher-student interactions. Both foreign mentor for English and local mentor for education will participate as educational observers and provide feedbacks to help participants on self-reflection and future improvement. 2. Activity features and implementation : l Introduction of the lecture subject, content and focus of observation by the participants for 5 minutes l Short EMI lecture practice by individual participants for less than 15 minutes. l Feedback by foreign mentor for 5 minutes l Feedbacks by on-campus mentor and students for 5 minutes 3.
