1.      Activity focus and purpose :

"The Taiwan Digital Biomedical EMI Alliance" is a cross-campus community composed of Kaohsiung Medical University School of Medicine, National Yang-Ming Chiao Tung University College of Biomedical Engineering, and China Medical University College of Medicine.

In this conference, the three schools collaboratively define "Student Language Needs ESP (English for Specific Purposes) Materials," exchanging insights on student requirements and engaging in in-depth discussions and consensus-building on this topic.

2.      Activity features and implementation :

During this event, an analysis was conducted on the ESP/EAP questionnaire survey results, focusing on discussions related to ESP/EAP in the field of biomedical sciences. Teachers from the three schools shared their respective viewpoints, fostering in-depth exchanges of ideas and insights.

3.      Quality indicators of activities

-Understanding the challenges faced by students from different schools and the various approaches taken by teachers is valuable for self-assessment of one's own practices. It can be quite helpful.
