1. Activity focus and purpose: To align with the 2030 Bilingual Policy, this training course was specially designed to equip EMI TAs with classroom management and communication skills. Under the guidance of EMI instructors, TAs led students in group discussions to enhance the overall effectiveness of EMI courses. Through engaging and dynamic teaching methods, part-time instructional assistants at our university were empowered to apply what they had learned and better support professors in facilitating smooth and effective course delivery. 2.
